After successfully introducing the ACI coating optical inspection concept, Norsdon Asymtek FX-940 UV ACI has become part of the Integrated Conformal Coating Line, including traceability features, and is now the leader for conformal coating and fluid inspection.
Many options have been successfully added to the solution such as coating thickness measurement and S-Line Panorama integration (with flash off or curing integrated processes within same equipment).
With dual sided viewing (top-down and bottom up) cameras and UV lighting, the FX-942 UV ACI inspects conformal coating coverage and verifies correct part assembly in SMT or THT applications, enabling users to improve quality and enhance yields.
