The control system of I.C.T’s reflow oven is meticulously managed by a PC and Siemens PLC from Germany, ensuring optimal performance. L-Series reflow Oven
– Control System: Employing computer control guarantees the steady operation of the machine.
– Hot Air Heating System: Featuring hot air heating in both top and bottom zones, the system excels in heater compensatory, high thermal efficiency, energy conservation, and rapid heating. It is well-suited for soldering components such as BGA and CSP. The unique forced hot air circulation structure ensures even heating of PCB and components, with a remarkable Temperature Accuracy of ± 1.5 °C. The room temperature settling time is less than 20 minutes.
– Cooling System: An independent cooling area is dedicated to maintaining low temperatures when the PCB exits the oven.
– Transmission System: The transmission system incorporates imported motors and a speed adjuster, ensuring smooth operation with adjustable speeds ranging from 0 to 2000mm/min.
