The machine’s compact rotary head enables simultaneous recognition of 20 spindles through a fixed camera, ensuring ultra-high-speed, high-precision placement of miniLEDs and microchips (0402, 0603). Integrated advanced inspection systems monitor nozzle presence, component posture and real-time height correction, guaranteeing maximum placement accuracy.
In multi-machine setups, the HM520 enhances efficiency by sharing mark data across units and enabling centralized control from a single master machine, significantly reducing cycle times and optimizing throughput.
