Nordson Test & Inspection (Matrix) is a global supplier of high-speed automated inline X-ray inspection systems (AXI) and semi-automated X-ray inspection systems.
The goal is to ensure the quality of critical electronic devices/components and electronic printed circuit boards.
The modular AXI system concept provides the unique capability to use several inspection technologies in one system.
Depending on the specific application request, the optimum inspection technique can be selected and/or combined. Offers 2D, 2.5D and 3D transmission.
